1. Agreement to these Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern ordinary use of https://ashlartechnologies.ink, including reading about CCTV app development, sending a public batch request, and browsing legal pages. They are issued by ASHLAR TECHNOLOGIES LTD, 22 William Street, Blackwood, Wales, NP12 1NW, United Kingdom. If you do not agree, do not use the site. You may still write to commercial@ashlartechnologies.ink on paper if you prefer a slower seam.
These Terms of Service are the thin public wrap. They are not the full contract for a software batch. Design, build, licence, hosting and support of a video security platform or a security camera app are governed by a statement of work and by our Terms and Conditions when those are agreed. If those documents conflict with this page on a project point, the signed project documents win.
2. Who may use the site
The site is offered to businesses and professional buyers in the United Kingdom and elsewhere who want digital surveillance software. You must have authority to make an enquiry for your organisation if you present yourself as doing so. You must not use the site if applicable law forbids you from receiving security-software information.
We may refuse, suspend or block access where we reasonably suspect abuse, scraping that degrades the service, fraud, or a threat to the security of the site or of other users. We do not owe a detailed explanation to a bot.
3. The information on the site
Copy on {SITE} describes our method and our flavours in a vivid commercial language. It is not a tender, not a specification, and not a promise that every camera vendor on earth will connect. Case studies may be coded for operational security. Images are synthetic industrial stills, not photographs of your premises.
We try to keep contact details accurate: {MAIL}, {TEL}, {ADDR}. If a detail is wrong, tell us. Do not treat an old cached page as a warranty. Prices, if any appear, are invitations to treat unless a signed document says otherwise.
4. Acceptable use
You must not attack the site, probe it beyond good-faith research you have declared, plant malware in the form, harvest addresses, or use the form to send unlawful, hateful, or sexually exploitative content. You must not pretend to be {CO}. You must not imply that we operate your cameras or that we have certified your estate.
You must not upload footage of identifiable people through the public form. That is the wrong pipe. If a project needs sample clips, we will name a controlled method after a contract exists.
5. Intellectual property in the site
The site’s text, design system, graphics and arrangement are owned by ASHLAR TECHNOLOGIES LTD or used under licence. You may view them in a browser and share a link to a page. You may not copy the site as a template, scrape it to train a competing brochure, or reuse the sugar-glass visual system as if it were yours. Trademarks remain with their owners.
Short quotation for genuine review or procurement comparison is allowed as UK law allows. Wholesale reproduction is not. Source code of client products is not published here and is not licensed by this page.
6. Enquiries and no obligation
Sending a form creates an enquiry, not a contract for software. We may decline work that would be unsafe, unlawful, or a poor flavour fit. We may take time to reply. United Kingdom working hours apply. We do not provide emergency guarding through this website.
Any timeline mentioned in marketing is illustrative. A real wrap date lives in a statement of work.
7. Privacy
Personal data sent through the site is handled as the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy say. Email addresses appear as plain text so you can copy them. That is a design choice, not a consent to be spammed by third parties who scrape the page. Do not scrape {MAIL} to build a list.
8. Liability for website use
The site is provided as a free public information service. To the fullest extent permitted by UK law we exclude liability for loss that arises merely from reading or failing to read the site, from a period of downtime, or from reliance on a marketing sentence as if it were a specification. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that UK law will not allow to be excluded.
If you are a consumer, which you ordinarily are not when buying CCTV platforms for an estate, your statutory rights remain. If you are a business, you should negotiate a contract rather than relying on a homepage.
9. Third-party services
Maps, fonts and hosting are provided by others. Their outages are not our breach of a software project. Links are not endorsements. Do not configure a live security estate based solely on a third-party blog we once linked.
10. Changes, law and contact
We may change these Terms of Service by publishing a new version on this page. The date below is the current wrap. Governing law is the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes about use of https://ashlartechnologies.ink, without prejudice to any non-excludable rights.

If any sentence is held unenforceable, the rest remains. If we do not enforce a point once, we may still enforce it later. These Terms of Service are the entire public-site agreement and sit beside, without swallowing, the Terms and Conditions that govern paid batches.
11. Security research
If you wish to test {SITE} for weaknesses, ask first at {MAIL}. Unauthorised access to systems is a criminal matter in the United Kingdom. We welcome a clearly described, non-destructive report. We do not welcome a press release that arrives before the report.
12. Closing
Use the site as a flavour map. Use a contract as a wrap. Do not confuse the two. That is the whole service rule of this page.
13. Availability and maintenance of the brochure site
We aim to keep https://ashlartechnologies.ink available during United Kingdom working hours, but we do not sell the brochure as a high-availability product. Maintenance, hosting faults, domain-system faults and force majeure can take it offline. Downtime of the brochure is not downtime of a client’s live video monitoring product. Those are different belts.
We may add, remove or reshape pages, including service flavours and portfolio shelves, without owing you a migration plan. If you are mid-procurement, save the PDF yourself or ask us for a dated pack. The live site is the current wrap, not an archive of every tender you almost wrote.
14. Quotes, tenders and public procurement
Nothing on the site is a bid. If you invite ASHLAR TECHNOLOGIES LTD to tender, the tender documents and our returned pack form that process. These Terms of Service still govern how you use the website while you write the invitation. Do not copy our unique visual system into your own micro-site as if it were a Crown asset.
Public bodies in Wales and the wider United Kingdom must follow their own procurement rules. We will cooperate with reasonable due-diligence questionnaires. We will not complete an infinite spreadsheet as a condition of merely reading a page. Reading is free. A full security questionnaire is work and may be charged if it is not attached to a live batch.
15. Misuse of contact details
The telephone number +44 7411 527577 and the address 22 William Street, Blackwood, Wales, NP12 1NW are published so genuine buyers can reach a human. They are not published so that marketers can drip-call us about toner, crypto, or unsolicited SEO. Persistent abuse may be reported and numbers may be filtered. That filtering is not a consumer opt-out failure. We are the recipient, not the sender, of those calls.
You must not register domains, social accounts, or app-store listings that impersonate ASHLAR TECHNOLOGIES LTD or ashlartechnologies.ink. We will treat impersonation as passing off and as a security incident.
16. Feedback on the site
If you tell us the mobile drawer failed or a map missed William Street, we may use that feedback to fix the site without paying you a licence fee. Do not send malware samples to the public form as ‘feedback’. Use commercial@ashlartechnologies.ink with a plain description.
These Terms of Service were last expanded on 17 August 2026. They remain the public-site rules and still yield to signed Terms and Conditions on a paid batch.
17. Intellectual property complaints about the site
If you believe a page on https://ashlartechnologies.ink infringes your copyright, write to commercial@ashlartechnologies.ink with a URL, a description of the work, and proof you are entitled to complain. We will look at it. Images on the site are commissioned synthetic stills. Do not send a generic automated notice that names the wrong country and the wrong company.
Trade-mark complaints should identify the mark and the page. Our use of ordinary English words such as wrap, batch and flavour in a software metaphor is not a snack-brand attack. We will not rename a method because a confectionery company also likes the word wrap.
18. Governing remainder
These Terms of Service, including the extra clauses, remain governed by the law of England and Wales with exclusive jurisdiction for the courts of England and Wales as already stated. If you need a contract for CCTV app development, ask for the Terms and Conditions and a statement of work. This page will not stretch to cover a live Estate. Last updated 17 August 2026.
